10:30-11:30- Skills Session #2
11:30- Noon- Skills Session #3
Noon- 12:30- Lunch
12:30-1:30- Skills Session #4
1:30-2:30- Skills Session #5
2:30-3:30- Team Skills
Academy Competencies: After attending a TNT5 Skills Academy, each participant will be able to:
- Utilize efficient basketball footwork with and without the ball.
- Display the proper technique of shooting after receiving a pass.
- Demonstrate proper technique of shooting off the dribble.
- Utilize productive ball handling techniques in traffic and the open floor.
- Make individual moves and create their own shot opportunities.
- Finish strong at the rim.
- Show improvement through position specific skills training.
