Date: October 3 and 10, 2015. 9:00-Noon each day. This is a two day event. No pay per day option.
Eligibility: Girls grades 4-7, Boys grades 4-8.
Location: Cedar Valley Sportsplex, 300 Jefferson St., Waterloo, IA 50701
Tuition: $75 per athlete.
Academy Competencies: After attending a TNT5 Skills Academy, each participant will be able to:
- Utilize efficient basketball footwork with and without the ball.
- Display the proper technique of shooting after receiving a pass.
- Demonstrate proper technique of shooting off the dribble.
- Utilize productive ball handling techniques in traffic and the open floor.
- Make individual moves and create their own shot opportunities.
- Finish strong at the rim.
- Show improvement through position specific skills training.
